1. If there was an alert that the app stopped use [Code 120] instead.
2. If there was not an alert that the app stopped continue with [Code 5024].
3. If the app is no longer working correctly, please uninstall and reinstall.
a. Uninstall the G6 app
b. Restart the phone
c. Reinstall the G6 app
4. Close all background apps, restart mobile device.
5. If it did not re-open, recommend the patient to use the receiver as the display device. If Dexcom has recently launched an update, the app will restart itself when the update is received. The patient must open the app to re-establish connection to the transmitter.
