App displays "No Restarts"
1. Verify if a new sensor was inserted. If a new sensor was not inserted, the system will not recognize it as new and will not allow the system to continue.
2. Ensure previous session has ended (session has expired, patient manually stopped the session, sensor failure, etc.)
3. Remove the transmitter from the previous sensor
4. Wait 5 minutes
5. Insert a new sensor
6. Insert transmitter and start session within 5 minutes
• Do not insert a new sensor before the previous session has ended (i.e. “hot swapping”, “presoaking”)
• Do not start a new sensor on the display device before the transmitter has been snapped into the new sensor.
• Do not delay starting a session longer than 30 minutes after transmitter is inserted.
