Issue with Bluetooth connection between Transmitter and Mobile App
1. If the phone is in airplane mode, then data cannot be sent. Open settings and confirm airplane mode is disabled.
2. The phone needs Wi-Fi or cellular connection to send data. Open settings and confirm either Wi-Fi connection or cellular data is on.
3. If the Dexcom Mobile App has worked in the past, then we can reboot everything. Re-install Dexcom Mobile App. Reboot device. Check Bluetooth devices on Smart Device to confirm pairing.
