After 5 min if Signal Loss is still displayed on app, proceed with additional troubleshooting.
If the app and transmitter reconnect, do not replace the transmitter. Educate patient how the system works, the app and transmitter only communicate for a few seconds every 5 minutes, the patient must wait at least 5 minutes and the app must always be left open.
